What is a “probiotic”?

Laboratoires Juvamine has developed the product Probiotics Equilibre 10 Billion, 4 strains. The product comes in capsule form. Each capsule contains 10 billion CFU* (bacteria) of 4 different strains:
Lactobacillus plantarum
Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lactobacillus helveticus.
Juvamine guarantees a minimum content of 10 billion live bacteria per capsule until the product expires. Microbiotic strains are protected from stomach acidity by gastro-resistant capsules and thus arrive alive in the intestine.
Instructions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, to be swallowed with a large glass of water during a meal (breakfast or lunch), for 15 renewable days.
