It helps to reduce the time of falling asleep. It also helps to mitigate the effects of jet lag. It does not involve habituation. Rich in number of active ingredients on the sleep axis of the Phyto range. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. The beneficial effect on mitigating the effects of jet lag is achieved by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the few days following the day of arrival at destination. Concerned about your well-being, Juvamine Laboratories have chosen the vegetable capsule to guarantee products with extracts 100% of plant origin. Directions for use: Take 1 capsule daily with a large glass of water, in the evening at bedtime. Contains 60 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
