ZINC BISGLYCINATE HIGH ABSORPTION ● Just like its magnesium and iron, Nutripure has chosen the form BISGLYCINATE. The amino acids of bisglycinate (a combination of 2 glycine amino acids) promote the absorption of Zinc which thus resists the acidity of the stomach = ZINC IS CARRIED IN THE BLOOD EASIER.

Although there is no cause and effect between zinc deficiency and hair loss, it is proven that this mineral contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. DOSAGE & TIPS ZINC 15MG ● The dosage of our zinc bisglycinate is 1 capsule per day – with a glass of water and preferably outside meals. In order to have the best possible assimilation, we advise you not to take zinc at the same time as iron or copper. If you take iron in the morning (which we advise), take zinc in the evening and vice versa.
