Charbon actif bio efficace pour le confort digestif
Le charbon végétal activé bio TERRAVITA, issu de châtaigniers français, est un excellent complément pour améliorer la digestion et soulager les ballonnements, gaz ou constipation légère. J’ai suivi une cure de 30 jours à 4 gélules par jour et j’ai rapidement ressenti une amélioration : ventre moins gonflé et digestion plus légère.Les gélules sont faciles à avaler, sans goût désagréable, et conviennent à un régime vegan. Le conditionnement est soigné avec un opercule interne qui assure une bonne conservation. La fabrication française et l’origine durable des châtaigniers renforcent la confiance dans la qualité du produit.Petit bémol : chaque capsule pourrait être un peu plus concentrée pour réduire le nombre de prises quotidiennes, mais dans l’ensemble, c’est un produit naturel, efficace et pratique pour soutenir le transit et le confort intestinal. J’ai testé le charbon végétal activé bio de la marque Française TERRAVITA afin de retrouver un confort digestif.Il est conseillé de prendre de 4 à 8 gélules par jour avec un grand verre d’eau, 30 minutes avant ou après les repas.Le charbon actif bio aide à diminuer les ballonnements, aide à purifier l’intestin en éliminant les toxines, facile la digestion et soulage les troubles intestinaux.Pour ma part j’ai pris 4 gélules /jour sur une cure de 30 jours soit 120 gélules, je ne peux que recommander ce charbon actif qui soulage vraiment.

Pas compatible traitement.
Intéressée par ce produit pour des ballonnements, je découvre que le charbon activé est réputé pour être trop efficace et présente un risque de diminution des effets de la pilule. Même avec une prise 2h ou 4h avant, surtout avec une cure de charbon de plusieurs jours.Par prudence, je ne peux pas tester l’efficacité du produit. Même chose si vous êtes sous traitement. Le charbon peut même absorber et annuler les effets des molécules ou des compléments alimentaires comme les vitamines.Le charbon est un complément à ne prendre que si on n’a aucun traitement ou complément en cours de prise. Ma note concerne donc le fait de ne pas pouvoir consommer ce produit plutôt que sa qualité.

Charbon issu de châtaigniers français : très absorbant, utile après repas lourds ou ballonnements. Les gélules sont faciles à digérer et la formulation végétale est un plus. Résultats rapides, surtout en cas de gaz ou inconfort intestinal.
