Carbopure is a quality steam activated carbon in pellet form and acid washed for crystal clear water in saltwater and freshwater aquariums. Thanks to its complex adsorption surface area of 1000 m2/g, Carbopure enables the rapid removal of organic impurities, unwanted chemical compounds, toxic substances, drug residues as well as dyes and turbidity. Carbopure is convincing thanks to an extremely low phosphate emission of 0.1 g/ml max. and thanks to a soluble ash content of 0.3 % max. Tips: Place the Carbopure near an area of white water, in the filter trays or techniques. For easier handling, use the included filter bag. Use Carbopure to remove ozone residues directly at the outlet of the ozone source and replace it at regular intervals.
