Commonly used as a source of calcium in case of reduced intake in the diet or increased need, essential for strengthening the well-being of bones, muscles and energy metabolism.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 2 to 4 capsules per day. Each capsule provides 125 mg of calcium, which is 15.75% of NRVs. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules, i.e. 500 mg of calcium, or 63% NR.
