FUNCTIONALITY and INGREDIENTS. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a tablet of melatonin. Ingredients, filler agent: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, mineral salts of fatty acids (plant origin), melatonin.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE. Take 1 tablet daily, before bedtime. One tablet per day is enough to satisfy the needs of an adult. Our very small tablets (micro-tablets) have a diameter of only 6 mm, are easy to swallow.
