NATURAL EXTRACT: 180 vegan capsules containing very pure 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) extracted from African black bean seeds (Griffonia Simplicifolia). Each capsule provides 100 mg of pure 5-HTP from a natural extract obtained with care.
5-HTP RATE 30%: Each capsule contains 333mg of Griffonia Simplicifolia extract with 100mg of pure and natural 5-HTP. L-5-hydroxytryptophan is a non-proteinogenic amino acid. The high quality extract is obtained from the seeds of African black bean by a process of pure food grade water and ethanol.
