I noticed after the 3rd week of taking these, I had a lot more energy. Very obviously too. I have never ever been a morning person and I usually take 1 to 2 long naps a day. I’m on my 6th week and I am waking up at 6.30 fresh everyday and if I nap it’s never for longer than 20 minutes. Very bizarre and new for me. I didn’t actually purchase these for that, I purchased for liver health but I assume this is one of the positives. Also, eyes much whiter and brighter, and skin has improved immensely. I look forward to seeing other differences in the coming months! I’m very impressed.*I’m now on my 2nd batch of these because I reduced then stopped taking them when I ran out and wow, I noticed the drop in energy and physical appearance after a few days. Because it had been giving me so much energy an youthful appearance. It honestly feels too good to be true. I’ve started taking them again and it looks like I’ve had a face-lift and my eyes are so white and bright and all the energy is back again. It always scares me when something seems to good to be true but I really do love the effects. The side effect is the smell of urine and poop, it’s like this weird mild curry smell. Took me a moment to realise it was the supplement and didn’t come until about 6 weeks in. No one else seems to smell it though. I went down to two capsules a day and miss a day occasionally and that seems to resolve that, while maintaining the perks.
