30MG LIPOSOMAL IRON + VITAMINS – Each capsule contains 30mg of iron contained in highly bioavailable liposomes, as well as vitamins C and B12, which contribute to normal energy metabolism and help reduce fatigue. Folic acid complements the mixture by promoting the physiological formation of red blood cells.
