WHAT IS BURAGE OIL? Borage, scientifically named Borago officinalis, is a plant with blue star flowers. Its oil extracted from its seeds is traditionally consumed for the fatty acids it contains.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BURAGE OIL? Borage oil helps to keep your skin looking good. The vitamin E contained in it helps protect against oxidative stress (antioxidant effect).
COMPOSITION. This product contains pure and natural Borage Oil. Borage Oil is the richest plant source of gamma-linolenic acid or GLA. It contains up to 20%. GLA is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid in the omega 6 family found in cell membranes. The capsule shell is of natural origin.
TIPS FOR USE: Take 2 to 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal and with a glass of water.
