Biotin + beer yeast + zinc + selenium: To enhance the effectiveness of biotin we have selected 3 active ingredients: gluten-free brewer’s yeast, zinc pidolate and selenium. Brewer’s yeast is the richest natural source of B vitamins, it contains almost all of them. Since B vitamins are interdependent, to enjoy the benefits of biotin it is important to provide the body with a complete intake of B vitamins.
OPTIMUN DOSAGE: 500 µg of biotin or 1000% of NRV + 12 mg of zinc or 120% of the NRV + 25 µg of selenium + 500 mg of brewer’s yeast per daily dose. There is no use in increasing the recommended doses by taking more than 2 tablets per day.
