Combien de gummies dois-je prendre par jour ?

Pour la quasi-totalité de nos cures, la posologie est de 1 gummy par jour pour les enfants (de 3 ans à 12 ans) et de 2 gummies par jour pour les adolescents et adultes dès 12 ans. Les exceptions et posologies sont systématiquement indiquées sur les pages produits.
