INCI: Borage Officinalis Seed Oil
Borage oil is one of the richest sources of essential fatty acids. It is the richest source of gamma-linoleic acid – up to 25 percent. It is also a wonderful source of linoleic acid, vitamins and minerals.
Uses: Borage oil is added in small quantities to the other carrier oils in order to fortify them. It is suitable for all skin types and is used very often in manufacturing, aromatherapy applications and by massagers. Users can put it on sunburn or aged skin.
Extraction method: cold pressing
