Asumendo questo carbone attivo dopo i pasti principali il gonfiore si riduce in modo evidente e la sensazione di pesantezza scompare molto più velocemente rispetto ad altri prodotti provati in passato.Apprezzo molto il fatto che sia prodotto in Italia e che le compresse siano facili da deglutire. Facile ed efficace e soprattutto non comporta effetti indesiderati.Un valido alleato per chi soffre di meteorismo o digestione lenta. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e confezione pratica che dura a lungo. Consigliato!

Gute kohle. Preis passt, Qualität auch. Muss aus gesundheitlichen Gründen jeden Tag vor dem Schlafen kohle einnehmen.Habe verschiedene Firmen getestet. “Heve*t” ist meiner Meinung nach das beste aus dem Apotheken-Bereich, aber auf Dauer zu teuer.Kapseln haben bei mir nicht den gleichen Effekt.Eine andere Firma, mit einer ähnlichen Verpackung, jedoch 100 Stück, hatte ebenfalls nicht den gleichen Effekt.!!!Dies ist kein medizinischer Rat, sondern meine Erfahrung:Bei Unverträglichkeiten, Akne, u.ä. könnte kohle behilflich sein.Man muss genug davon nehmen!Ich wiege 55 kg und nehme 5-6 Stück vor dem Schlafen. Abhängig davon, was ich gegessen habe, wie viele Zusätze es hatte, und wie stark meine Beschwerden sind.Kein angenehmes Thema, aber das ist das WICHTIGSTE, wenn man bindende Mittel zu sich nimmt:…dass man am Morgen danach zur Toilette geht, um das “gebundene” Zeug wieder auszuscheiden. Wessen Körper einen anderen Rhythmus hat, der sollte zusätzlich genug Ballaststoffe zu sich nehmen, genug trinken. Zur Not microklistiere. Da kohle alles bindet, somit auch die Nährstoffe.Da muss jeder selbst abwägen, welches Mittel am besten passt.Es sollten 2h Abstand eingehalten werden, wenn man noch andere Mittel zu sich nimmt. Da es wie bereits erwähnt alles bindet. Ballaststoffe pur sind aber kein Problem. Ich nehme es oft zusammen mit konjakwurzel oder flohsamenschalen.Trotz der positiven Effekte ist es KEIN Allheilmittel. Ganzheitlich ist immer die beste Lösung. Aber als Unterstützung einfach super.Und nochmal damit es bloß nicht untergeht: was “gebunden” wird, muss auch wieder raus. Sonst wirds wieder aufgenommen
