5HTP: Griffonia’Sup is a combination of seed extract from the griffonia plant – titrated to 30% of 5- Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) – and vitamin B6. It is made up of a synergistic association promoting serenity. Phytosud has selected a high-quality griffonia extract made in France.
