For this, we combine 5 adaptogenic plants – ashwagandha, St. John’s wort, rhodiole, saffron and hericium – with the amino acid L-tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin, the hormone of good mood. Our complex is supplemented by essential B vitamins (B2, B6, B9 and B12), which contribute to normal psychic function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
➡ VEGETABLE POWER: In our product we use plant extracts rather than just powders. These extracts offer standardized amounts of valuable bioactive plant substances that contribute to the adaptogenic effect of plants. These include withanolides from aswaghanda extract (20:1), Hericium Erinaceus polysaccharides (Lions Mane) and Rhodiola rosea rosavin (6:1). This combination would promote relaxation and good sleep.
⭐ QUALITY RAW MATERIALS: For our Serenity Complex, we use two brand raw materials: affron saffron extract (Crocus sativus) and Rhodiolife Radhiole extract.
