Une respiration coh\u00e9rente optimise la variabilit\u00e9 de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, un marqueur cl\u00e9 de la r\u00e9silience au stress.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les m\u00e9thodes de respiration rapide d\u00e9clenchent une hypoxie transitoire et une lib\u00e9ration d&#8217;adr\u00e9naline, induisant efficacement une r\u00e9ponse aigu\u00eb au stress \u2013 un effet horm\u00e9tique \u2013 o\u00f9 l&#8217;activation \u00e0 court terme du syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique (celui qui d\u00e9clenche la r\u00e9ponse \u00ab combat ou fuite \u00bb) peut d\u00e9velopper une tol\u00e9rance au stress \u00e0 long terme.
