La patiente a souffert d&#8217;un fardeau de migraines pendant des d\u00e9cennies, qui sont devenues quotidiennes et d\u00e9bilitantes au cours des cinq ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant l&#8217;intervention d\u00e9crite ici. Une pratique respiratoire r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de 10 minutes avec de br\u00e8ves apn\u00e9es et des expirations prolong\u00e9es a apport\u00e9 un soulagement imm\u00e9diat et a pratiquement \u00e9limin\u00e9 ses migraines, avec seulement deux l\u00e9g\u00e8res signal\u00e9es au suivi de 12 mois.<br \/>Cette pratique respiratoire \u00e9tait toujours disponible pour la patiente et ne n\u00e9cessitait aucune prescription ni \u00e9quipement, lui permettant de g\u00e9rer son stress et ses sympt\u00f4mes en temps r\u00e9el.
