Premi\u00e8rement, tout exercice de musculation ou de r\u00e9sistance, m\u00eame quelques minutes par semaine, \u00e9tait associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un risque plus faible de d\u00e9c\u00e8s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9, notamment d\u00fb \u00e0 des maladies cardiovasculaires et \u00e0 des troubles neurologiques. Mais le vrai sweet spot ? Entre 90 et 119 minutes par semaine, ce qui \u00e9tait associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un risque inf\u00e9rieur de 13 % de mourir pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment, quelle qu&#8217;en soit la cause, \u00e0 un risque inf\u00e9rieur de 19 % de mourir d&#8217;une maladie cardiaque et \u00e0 un risque inf\u00e9rieur de 27 % de mourir de maladies neurologiques telles que la d\u00e9mence.
