Les insomniaques chroniques \u00e9taient 40% plus susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper une d\u00e9ficience cognitive ou une d\u00e9mence au cours de la p\u00e9riode d&#8217;\u00e9tude que les personnes qui ont bien dormi.
