Microbiota FORT Transit Intestinal is composed of a NUTRIbiotic mix of 12 microbiotic strains specifically selected to contribute to the proper functioning of the transit process and organic blond psyllium fibers as well as chicory inulin that nourish the flora and play an important role in the regulation of digestion. It also contains vegetable L-Glutamine and vitamin B2 which help maintain a healthy intestinal mucosa. Use: 1 sachet per day in the morning. Pour the contents of a sachet into a glass then add the water and mix. Store away from heat and moisture. Food supplement: to be used for a limited period of time, as a complement to a balanced and varied diet that alone ensures a good nutritional balance. Keep out of reach of young children. PREBIOTICS: PSYLLIUM BLOND ORGANIC (500 mg) allows the transit to regain optimal fluidity (in case of constipation as well as in case of diarrhea) thanks to the mucilage rich in fiber it contains. Organic blond psyllium generates less bloating and flatulence than other plant fibers. CHICOREA INULINS (2,508 mg) are polysaccharides (from the fructan class) whose fermentation in the gut microbiota improves stool frequency and consistency.
NUTRIMENTS: L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in blood and muscles. It is essential for protein synthesis, immune protection, acid-base balance and proper functioning of the intestinal wall. Made from corn, L-Glutamine provides the energy needed for the gut to fulfill its fundamental roles. L-Glutamine protects the intestinal wall and helps to regenerate it when damaged. Vitamin B2 plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of the intestinal barrier.
