A BASIC MINERAL ● Iron is one of the most important minerals for health. The fact is that the absorption rate of dietary iron is low, and food intake does not allow to cover these needs all the time. OPITMAL DOSAGE IRON 14 MG ● The dosage of our iron bisglycinate is 1 to 2 capsules per day – with a glass of water and preferably outside meals. In order to have the best possible assimilation, we advise you not to take iron at the same time as zinc or copper. If you take iron in the morning (which we advise), take zinc in the evening and vice versa.
