L-TRYPTOPHAN AND VALERIAN – THE TWO ALLIES OF THE NIGHT: L-tryptophan is the natural precursor of serotonin (mood) and melatonin (sleep). Valerian titrated in valerenic acids contributes to optimal relaxation and facilitates falling asleep without creating addiction.
3 CAPSULES, 1 TO 2 HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME: Take 3 capsules with a large glass of water in the evening, outside of meals, 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. Note: The dark green color of the powder and the characteristic odor are normal, they come from the valerian and its natural active compounds.
