I had the opportunity to meet the producers and visit the facilities of this young organic farm that is Sud Spiruline. Everything is new, clean. The team is very welcoming. They are very professional and I found them very motivated. They are also very concerned about the quality of their products and believe in their project. This organic spirulina is grown in the south of France, in the countryside between the foothills of the Alps, the hillsides of the Rhône and the gates of Provence. Spirulina grows in protected greenhouses, in shallow basins whose water comes from a borehole located on the farm. It is a demanding culture, which requires mastery and experience. The sun makes it grow, and it is harvested every day during the beautiful season. A gentle drying method at low temperatures is used to preserve its unique nutritional virtues as best as possible. So, here is a 100% natural, organic spirulina, without additives or preservatives. With a desire for sustainable cultivation, 100% renewable energy is used.
